4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are quoted based on the scope of work provided by the customer.
• Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning requirements discovered onsite.
• Payment must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the booked service amount.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

• Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available
• Secure valuable or fragile items before service

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion
• We may offer a re-clean for the affected areas at our discretion
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case

8. Liability Limitation

While we take reasonable care during cleaning services:

• Suree Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage
• We are not responsible for wear and tear, deterioration, or faulty installations
• Liability for damages is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided
